Terms of service

The service
PremiumWeb designs, builds, hosts and maintains a website for your business for a monthly fee: CA$199 plus applicable GST/HST for customers in Canada, or US$199 for customers outside Canada. There is no setup fee.
Billing
The first month is charged when you sign up; then your card on file is charged on the same date each month. Your currency is set at your first payment and stays the same.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account page or by email. No further charges are made, and your site stays online until the end of the month you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Your content
You own your text, photos, logo and domain. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Domain
A domain registered for you is in your name. We renew it while your plan is active; after you cancel, we help you transfer it.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, spam, malware or content that infringes other people's rights. We may suspend a site that breaks these rules.
Liability
We take care to keep your site online and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
