What we collect
Your name, email, business details, the photos and files you send us, your billing country and province, and the result of your payments. Card numbers are entered on Converge’s secure payment page (Elavon) and never reach our servers; we keep only a card token, the last four digits and the expiry date.
Why
To build and run your website, bill your plan, answer your questions and send you notices about your account.
Who we share it with
Converge/Elavon to process payments, and the services that run your site (hosting, email, chat). We never sell your information.
Account notices and receipts are part of the service. Promotional emails always include an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Ask us at any time for a copy of your information or to delete it: support@premiumweb.studio.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (language choice, sign-in). No advertising trackers.
